Fusion receives provisional NQF 2 and NQF 4 skill level rating

Shortly after being accredited as a registered Further Education and Training (FET) College, Fusion has received provisional accreditation for the NQF 2 and NQF 4 skill levels, including most NQF 2 and all NQF 4 skills programmes.

This means that Fusion is now in a position to offer NQF 2 and NQF 4 level skills programmes to contact centre staff that can be used as credits towards nationally recognised qualifications. Another way, Fusion is striving to develop its talent from within.
