Inbound voice
Inbound agents receive and process a wide range of incoming calls providing support for customer services, inbound sales, inbound sales completion, retentions and renewals. We tailor our services to meet the specific needs of your customers, whether that be 24 hours a day, or during your operating hours.
Outbound voice
Outbound agents are selected from the top 25% within the industry and with a minimum of two years similar product sales experience, to provide premium outbound sales and appointment setting services. All outbound services are ring fenced per client in dedicated operational business units.
Inbound and outbound multi-media
In addition to receiving voice calls, we also utilise a variety of other channels through which your customers are able to contact us and through which they can be contacted. These multi-media options include email, SMS, fax and social media. This puts the customer first, as it enables them to contact us via their preferred communication channel in real time.
Blended solutions
We provide blended solutions for instances where a mixture of inbound and outbound core capabilities are required. Furthermore, this blended solution can consist of a mixture of voice, SMS, email and social media functionality.
Fulfilment
As part of the contact centre offering, we provide a fulfilment service whereby items such as manuals, documentation, vouchers, etc. can either be sent electronically or in hard copy to your customers.
