Excellence of South African talent pool

South Africa has excellent English language skills and a resource-pool of excellent talent. As a cheaper labour centre with closer cultural ties to Europe than India or the Phillipines, South Africa represents an excellent outsourcing destination for European companies.

According to the provincial government, call centres already generate over five billion rand for the Western Cape economy and employ 30000 people in Cape Town and surrounding areas.
