The Western Cape underlined its value as a world class call centre destination, taking home 13 of a possible 20 Awards at the BPeSA National Awards Ceremony held in Port Elizabeth. “The national awards are an important part of the call centre calendar, acknowledging those individuals and companies who have made a significant contribution to the industry both locally and internationally,” says Sipho Zungu, CEO of BPeSA Western Cape.
Fusion takes home Offshore Customer Service and Offshore Business Process outsourcing awards
Fusion Outsourcing followed up an impressive showing at the recent BPeSA Western Cape Awards taking home three awards on the night; Best Offshore Customer Service – Enterprise, HR Internal and Offshore BPO Centre – Enterprise.
Zungu says for any company to win three awards in such a competitive environment is a fantastic achievement and is testament to their hard work and commitment.
