A comprehensive induction programme for all new employees ensures that staff members are fully prepared and knowledgeable about a brand before they work on an account. As part of the on-boarding process, we hold regular coaching sessions to ensure that staff are given all the support they need at all times.

Once employees are recruited, we make sure they continue to develop their skills and progress effectively through a variety of measures including competency profiling and a focused talent management strategy. To motivate key performers we provide clear career paths for the top 5% with secondment opportunities. We are a registered training provider and as part of our development strategy we run SETA-accredited training programmes.
